After dropping unnecessary emulsion, the hand mold is moved into the drying box along with the production line. The temperature of the drying box is controlled at 230-250℃. Under the standard here, the emulsion on the hand mold ripens into shape.The hand mold from the drying box goes through the process of cooling, lip rolling, powder dipping, etc., and then the gloves are removed from the hand mold, and the hand mold continues to travel to the dipping tank. After removing the powder, the PVC gloves are finished products into the warehouse.
